GQM-150 Ball Mill

The Continuous Tea Ball Mill (Bead Mill) is a specialized ultra-fine pulverizer engineered for tea processing.How It Works: Operating in a fully enclosed grinding chamber, the main shaft rotates at a variable speed of 27–272 RPM, driving zirconia beads to roll and circulate continuously. The tea leaves are pulverized through high-efficiency friction generated between the zirconia beads.Equipped with a stainless-steel variable-frequency screw shaft, the grinding media (zirconia beads) are lifted to a specific height and allowed to drop, accelerating the impact force and crushing speed. Thanks to the small diameter of the zirconia beads, the inter-bead gaps are significantly minimized, allowing the tea particles to receive intensive shearing and frictional forces. This ensures a much finer, more thorough, and exceptionally uniform grinding result.
